• The equal treatment of all footballers, irrespective of race, colour, language, descent, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation, is a core value that we uphold.
   

• Taking a stand against all forms of racial abuse.
   

• The campaign for equal treatment in football.
   

• Gender equality at all levels of our national sport, in terms of access to football, resources, and skills development.
   

• Taking a zero-tolerance approach to homophobia in all forms, and actively promoting equality for the LGBT+ community in our national game, is another core value at the heart of our work.
